Re-homing a Pet

If there comes a time where you can no longer care for your pet, re-homing them is a challenging decision. There are several amazing groups and services there to help you through the process, the most important thing is choosing an approach that works best for you.

At the time of surrender, you will need the dog/cat surrender form (can be completed at home or in the shelter), pet medical history and vaccination records, information about your pet's history, and a current ID.
